Style, color schemes, even production methods are cyclical. As a designer I was in the loop, for the most part, on the first two. I understood the 80s would come and go, and come back again. However, I was not removed enough from the personal computer to realize the last, methods of production–particularly the dichotomy of man and machine, until recently.

As a designer, I sit most of the day and, as you can expect, it’s not the best for my “bottom line.” Even though I’m pretty diligent at getting to the gym, recent studies state that the hour a day I spend may still be insufficient. Researchers are finding out it’s the little things I do throughout the day that would put my goals “into the black.”
Creative Lifeline

Are you ready to be brilliant now? Okay, how about now? Sometimes I have days when I am uninspired or simply reaching the redline of my mental tachometer. It happens to us all, and we all have our own way of recharging. However, there are moments when taking a break is not an option and I need to get out the paddles and shock my creativity back to life.
